Networking with Benary's Breeding and Sales Departments, the Trialing team, which is managed by Monique Schneider, has the following responsibilities:
- To prepare and stage the Benary Pack Trials on the company premises in Hann. Münden for more than 400 visitors from 25 nations. Along with comparative variety trials, the Pack Trials feature an informative display of fascinating innovation including show plantings, PoS materials and product displays arranged in a retail setting.
- To conduct cultivation trials of Benary specialties, such as perennials, begonias, impatiens, pentas, helianthus, pansies, bellis and rudbeckias. The aim of these comprehensive cultivation trials is to continuously optimize the overall profitability of industrial production of Benary varieties.
- To prepare specific cultural recommendations/"recipes" for a great variety of selling dates and cultivation methods.
- To provide guided tours of Benary's trial grounds for customers and international floriculture experts.
- To provide service to research and teaching institutes, other research institutes, and consultancy institutes.
