FastraX_Flavora_Summer
Producers throughout the world are using Benary's FastraX assortment
of perennials to increase their profitability. Highly versatile, FastraX perennials are easy to market and open the profitable perennial market to bedding and border plant producers and landscape professionals.
At this years' Flower Trials® in Holland Benary presented 11 new FastraX-perennials

To plenty of growers all over the world, Benary's FastraX Perennials have become a significant factor in their sales increases. Under the motto "fast, faster, fastest”, the 11 new varieties, like all other FastraX items, ensure higher profits even for growers of bedding and border plants. All FastraX perennials do not require vernalisation to flower the first year, are fast crops and appealing pot beauties.

New introduction Delphinium grandiflorum 'Summer Cloud' creates the spirit of Summer. Benary introduced another colour in the highly acclaimed Delphinium ‘Summer’ series. The new 'Summer Cloud' is like a beautiful painting, combining blue and white to create a beautiful bi-color flower, which is reminiscent of summer clouds over a blue sky. With its dainty fl owers and lacy foliage, the Delphinium 'Summer' series appears to be very fragile, but do not let its appearance fool you. 'Summer Cloud' thrives in heat and humidity without stretching like other Delphiniums on the market. Early flowering combined with a well-branched habit make 'Summer Cloud' a must have in the garden. At 16'' (25-30 cm) 'Summer Cloud' remains compact and matches the rest of the 'Summer' series.

New Physostegia 'Crystal Peak White' is called the Gardens First Lady by Benary.
And it truly is! 'Crystal Peak White' is an excellent summer, container plant and is winter hardy from USDA Hardiness Zones 2-9. It has a preference for a moist soil and is happiest in a sunny spot. Physostegia's were originally used in wildflower meadows. The arrival of this cultivar for the annual market means that the variety can be used in more civilized containers and borders.

With its sweet fragrance, FastraX advantages and rose colour shades, the new Dianthus 'Flavora Rose Shades' lives up to its name. Dianthus originates from the Greek culture meaning “the divine flower” and 'Flavora' is truly that. Flowering the first year from seed without vernalization, 'Flavora Rose Shades' gives the grower uniform growth, compact habit, bench run production and summer long sales and beauty. Reaching heights of 8'' (20 cm), 'Flavora' is a wonderful addition to rock gardens, mixed containers or well traveled areas in the landscape where its scent can be enjoyed by all.
